INGREDIENTS
- Boneless/Skinless Turkey Breast
- Granulated Garlic Powder
- Course Black Pepper
- Kosher Salt (Optional for pre-brined turkey)
- Smoked Paprika
- Half Stick of Melted Butter
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pre-heat your pellet smoker to 250 degrees.
- Season the turkey breast with granulated garlic, course black pepper, kosher salt and top with smoked paprika.
- Place turkey breast in the middle of the top shelf making sure to tuck any thin parts under the turkey breast.
- Once the turkey breast reaches 140 degrees internal, place the turkey breast in aluminum foil and pour melted butter over the turkey breast. Wrap up the turkey breast in the foil.
- Pull the turkey breast once the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees and allow it to rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice up and enjoy!
